Morgan is a Research Assistant for the Oxford Character Project and works full-time as the Ethics Research Assistant within the Public Policy Programme at the Alan Turing Institute. She holds an MSc in Social Data Science with Distinction from the University of Oxford, and she currently researches topics related to AI ethics and the responsible design of digital technologies. She has experience leading cross-disciplinary teams and served in a project lead capacity at the Rhodes Artificial Intelligence Lab (RAIL) to assist the World Food Programme Innovation Accelerator with building AI solutions for urban food insecurity. Her previous work involved a variety of topics related to social data science including food security, remote sensing, and renewable energy.
