Marta Barrabino Clemente

I work in the Fusion Energy research field, bringing the power of the sun to Earth. I combine my work as Executive Officer and UK Fusion Industry Programme Manager with the Executive Diploma in Strategy and Innovation at Oxford Saïd Business School. In 2020, I was seconded to the UK Covid-19 SAGE – Secretariat to support Central government during 3 months. Trained as an engineer, my experience is across projects and programmes delivery requiring good understanding of technology and commercial dependencies; with strong interest for business structures nourishing multidisciplinary environments. I believe on teamwork, collaboration, purpose and good leadership as key pillars to confront the big challenges of the human being. I enjoy photography and painting as way of expression, travelling to challenge my own believes, and I like to release stress practising HIIT.
