Taking the learnings from our research and teaching experience in Oxford, we aim to make world-class leadership education available to present and future leaders everywhere.

In Oxford, we run the Global Leadership Initiative and the Oxford Future Leaders Programme, which are flagship experiences for undergraduate and postgraduate students with strong leadership potential. We also co-host the Global Leadership Challenge, bringing together students and young professionals from around the world to engage with urgent global issues through the lens of character and leadership.

Available to anyone, anywhere seeking to become an effective and ethical leader is our free, 30-day online course, Leading with Character. This programme was developed in partnership with the Human Flourishing Program at Harvard University and Legatum Foundation. We also deliver bespoke programmes for high-potential young leaders, including Laidlaw Scholars and HKJC Scholars, helping them grow as ethical leaders in their fields.

Through the Global Leadership Initiative, I have been given a space in which to share and reflect on my current and future work in the world, and the character traits I want to embody as I continue to take on leadership roles.
