Sfiso Benard Nxumalo

Sfiso Benard Nxumalo is currently pursuing a DPhil in Law at Linacre College. His research investigates the philosophical purviews of the African Charter on Human and Peoples Rights. Sfiso is currently the President of the Oxford Law Black Alumni Network. He also holds a Bachelor of Civil Laws from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of the Witwatersrand. Prior to his studies at Oxford, Sfiso worked at the Constitutional Court of the Republic of South Africa as a Law Clerk and at Bowmans Inc as a candidate attorney. He has several publications, ranging from topics in constitutional law, property law to contract law.
