Shwe Yee Win

Shwe Yee is an MBA student at the Said Business School & a member of St. Antony’s College. Prior MBA, she was leading her family business for 5 years, which is in the Garment and Embroidery factory and Retail distribution for the leading local women fashion brand. Her work experience spans across strategy implementation, manufacturing, operations, and retail distribution. At her business, she implemented a clear career development path to give women equal opportunities for career progression and regular training programs to advance in their career and improve gender equality. She is passionate about empowering and supporting women in business and improving their livelihoods.
