Good leadership is central to the flourishing of organisations, society, and the natural world. But what does good leadership look like in a world of complexity and uncertainty? Dr Edward Brooks, Executive Director of the Oxford Character Project, will deliver a seminar and a whole-day workshop on character and leadership at the University of Hong Kong to share ways to educate citizen-leaders in today's world.

#2 Workshop on Character and Citizenship Education
This workshop will introduce the approach to character and leadership education in universities with a focus on what it means to be a ‘citizen-leader’ and how to develop character qualities that are the foundation of good leadership across contexts.

Workshop highlights:

  • Explore the idea of the ‘citizen-leader’ in both local and global contexts in the digital age
  • Reflect on their own leadership, their strengths, and areas for growth
  • Develop a personal leadership plan to move forwards
