Now, more than even, the world needs ethical and effective leaders who act with integrity and inspire hope. At the Oxford Character Project, we have produced industry-informed research on character and leadership and developed award-winning training programmes for students and professionals.
With new investment, we can become the training ground for the next generation of wise thinkers and good leaders – individuals equipped with the character qualities needed to tackle today’s most urgent challenges. Our community of partners and alumni is growing, but to become a global movement with impact across all communities, we need your support. Partner with us
Nearly USD $90 billion is spent on leadership development each year. Investment in how character drives good leadership, however, remains minimal. We are committed to closing this gap. We work with our partners to develop ethical and effective leaders and strengthen the institutions and companies they serve.
We collaborate with leaders across business, government, and the non-profit sector to:
- Conduct the highest quality, industry-informed research to better understand, measure, and develop character in leadership within specific contexts and geographies.
- Translate research into actionable insights to drive real change.
- Design and deliver training programmes that are proven to cultivate character and improve leadership.
