If you are a current full-time or part-time student studying at a university, join us in a unique research project led by academics at the University of Oxford. This project focuses on character-based leadership development for university students worldwide and is conducted by the Oxford Character Project at the Department of Politics and International Relations, University of Oxford.
The aim of this research is to evaluate the Leading with Character course, developed by the Oxford Character Project, the Harvard Human Flourishing Program, and the Legatum Foundation. This highly anticipated course is not available to the public yet, which makes it an exceptional opportunity to experience it completely free of cost.
Receive a certificate
Upon successfully completing the course and surveys, you will receive a certificate from the Oxford Character Project and Harvard Human Flourishing Program.
Join the virtual leadership summit
You will be invited to an exclusive virtual leadership summit, where you’ll meet the course designers, leadership experts, and emerging leaders from around the world.

Complete the course
Upon registration, you will receive instructions on how to access the course. There are four central modules on purpose, courage, love, and hope, each requiring 2-3 hours.
Complete the surveys
As part of the research, you are required to complete three short surveys. Each survey takes only 10-15 minutes and will be spread over two months.
