Michelle Virgiany

Michelle is a Jardine scholar pursuing an MSc in Law and Finance. She is passionate about developing regulatory frameworks and market incentives to promote true financial inclusion and literacy. Michelle has worked in Singapore and her home country, Indonesia. She is currently an Of Counsel at Herbert Smith Freehills, where she specialises in transactional and advisory matters in the financial services and technology sectors. Michelle is always keen to discuss about gender equality, pro bono efforts, and development of authentic leadership. In her free time, she enjoys reading widely, attending the many interesting events that Oxford has to offer, and exploring the city with her family.
