Dr Aaron Ho
Associate Fellow
Dr Aaron Ho is the first and only student to be appointed as the Associate Fellow of the Oxford Character Project (OCP), in recognition of his leadership abilities and his invaluable contributions to the success of the OCP. His passion for character-based leadership developed from his experience in student-leadership positions at Oxford and as a student fellow of the Global Leadership Initiative '22 and Global Leadership Challenge '21. He is deeply interested in exploring the intersection of character-based leadership, medicine, and public policy. He graduated at the top of his class from the University College Cork medical school, before completing fully-funded double Masters degrees in Epidemiology & Global Health and Public Policy at the University of Oxford.
