Now in its third year, this bespoke character-based leadership programme helps scholars become ethical, self-aware, and values-driven leaders.
Blending research, reflection, and real-world practice, the experience explores how virtues such as Integrity, Courage, and Humanity shape ethical and effective leadership. Through dialogue, experiential exercises, and guided reflection, Laidlaw Scholars deepen their understanding of themselves and their capacity to lead with purpose and an alignment between who they are and how they lead.
Scholars leave the programme with practical tools, a shared language of virtues, and a renewed commitment to lead with purpose and character in every context.
