Kaitlyn Randol supports the Oxford Character Project to make the evidence of character-based leadership accessible and implementable for leaders across business, government, and civil society. A strategic communications specialist with over ten years of experience in field building and stakeholder engagement, she has particular expertise in human flourishing — turning research on what enables people and communities to thrive into practical ideas, policies, and campaigns. Kaitlyn holds an MSc in Development Management from the London School of Economics and BAs in Religious Studies and Political Science from Pennsylvania State University.
