Karishma Samtani (Kash) began her career advisory and coaching journey over a decade ago, proposing a career and life planning programme for a prominent university in Hong Kong. With a professional background in Early Careers within the Financial Services sector, she has since extended her focus on supporting talented young adults in marginalised communities. Kash has expanded her impact by collaborating with various not-for-profit organisations and NGOs, and in recent years, she has broadened her work to include Healthcare initiatives. In 2019, she was a recipient of the Diversity List: Youth to Watch and recognised by the Chief Executive of Hong Kong. Recently, Kash participated in the IMPACT project by CUHK and was recognised with “The Best Community Health Worker Award” for her contribution to the community. Subsequent to her contributions and achievements, Kash was a recipient of the Global Women of Influence Awards 2024, and was further sponsored on the Academy for Women Entrepreneurs programme dedicated to empowering women to embrace their potential, define their future, and change the world.
