Oliver Cook

Oliver Cook is an Olympic rower and World and European Champion who has represented Great Britain at the highest level of international sport. A double World and European Champion, he is also a national record holder and has won multiple World Cup medals. He competed at the Tokyo Olympic Games and served as the non-travelling Olympic spare for the British team at Rio 2016.
Oliver’s rowing career also includes victory in the Oxford–Cambridge Boat Race in 2017, reflecting his longstanding connection with Oxford and collegiate sport. Alongside his athletic achievements, Oliver is actively engaged in leadership and impact-focused initiatives, including founding the Oxford Sports Leadership Lab and contributing to the Oxford SDG Impact Lab. As an Associate Fellow of the Oxford Character Project, he brings a distinctive perspective on leadership, teamwork, and character development in high-performance environments.
