Samuel Owen
Executive Officer

Sam is the Executive Officer of the Oxford Character Project, where he helps coordinate and deliver the Project’s leadership and character programmes. He recently graduated from Jesus College with an integrated Master's degree in Mathematics, specialising in Differential Geometry and Functional Analysis.
Alongside his studies, Sam served as President of the Jesus College Junior Common Room (JCR), the lead representative for the undergraduate student body. He worked closely with College leadership on a range of issues affecting student life, including plans for a new kitchen in the JCR and securing approval for the College’s first ball in 34 years.
His involvement with the Oxford Character Project began as a participant in the Oxford Future Leaders Programme, where he developed a strong interest in character-based leadership. This ultimately led to him joining the team in his current role.
