The Global Leadership Challenge (GLC) returns this December, bringing together 100 emerging leaders for an intensive, impact-driven experience designed to shape the future of responsible leadership.
Running 11–15 December 2025, this five-day programme, delivered in partnership with the St. Gallen Symposium, offers participants the opportunity to explore new models of leadership, address real-world challenges, and collaborate across cultures and generations.
Participants will:
- Engage in meaningful dialogue with senior leaders and global decision-makers
- Work in diverse teams to develop solutions to urgent global issues
- Join a vibrant, international community committed to creating positive change
