Join us to be part of a space where emerging leaders collaborate, innovate, and drive global impact.
The Global Leadership Challenge (GLC) returns this December, bringing together 100 young leaders from around the world for an intensive, impact-driven experience designed to shape the future of responsible leadership.
Running 10–14 December 2026, this five-day programme, a joint initiative of the University of Oxford and the St. Gallen Symposium, offers participants the opportunity to explore new models of leadership, address real-world challenges defined by partners, and collaborate across cultures and generations. Participants can take part virtually from anywhere in the world.
Participants will:
- Engage in meaningful dialogue with world-renowned academics and senior business and policy leaders
- Work in diverse teams to co-create action projects addressing real-world challenges
- Earn an official Certificate of Achievement
- Compete for an all-expenses-paid invitation to the 56th St. Gallen Symposium in April 2027 as Leaders of Tomorrow
The GLC is open to postgraduate students (Masters or PhD) and young professionals aged 21–30 from all academic disciplines who have completed their undergraduate studies and have demonstrated a commitment to responsible leadership.
Application Deadline: 5 November 2026
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, so don't wait until the deadline.
